Investor Relations Executive Assistant | Maternity Cover | Alternative Asset Management | West End | £75-95,000 | Hybrid
This is an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders within Investor Relations, with a strong focus on complex diary management, international travel coordination, investor correspondence, and large-scale event delivery.
The IR team runs major AGMs and global conferences, including multi-day events with up to 800 meetings, so proven events experience is essential.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in the UK and US and support a globally distributed Investor Relations team across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Key Details:
- Salary: £75-95,000
- Location: West End, London
- Hours: 8am–5pm / 9am–6pm / 10am–7pm (To support US stakeholders)
- Hybrid Working: 2–3 days working from home per week (Flexible due to the working hours)
- Senior-level EA support to Investor Relations leadership
- Complex diary and agenda management across time zones
- Extensive international travel coordination
- High-volume, professional investor correspondence
- Coordination and execution of large-scale AGMs and conferences
- Liaising with internal teams across multiple regions
- Supporting ad-hoc IR and marketing-related initiatives as required
- Proven experience as an EA within Investor Relations, Asset Management, Private Equity, or a similarly fast-paced financial environment
- Strong event coordination experience (large-scale, multi-day events)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation, urgency, and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Experience using Salesforce (essential)
- Experience with Concur and event software such as Gatsby (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Flexible and responsive, with the ability to adapt to fluctuating priorities
