Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Junior Legal Cashier to join their expanding Finance team.
💼 The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ experience in legal accounts who is looking to develop their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
You’ll work closely with senior members of the finance function, gaining exposure to a wide range of cashiering duties and playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the accounts team.

🧾 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be involved in a variety of finance and cashiering tasks, including:
- Processing client and office account receipts and payments
- Handling client-to-office transfers
- Supporting accounts payable and supplier invoice processing
- Assisting with daily postings and allocations
- Conducting AML and KYC checks as part of client onboarding
- Preparing and supporting weekly and monthly finance reports
- Assisting with month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks
- Experienced in legal accounts (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, with the ability to use initiative
- Comfortable using systems such as Excel (legal systems experience is a bonus)
