We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded school in South London for an organised and initiative-taking Personal Assistant to support the Deputy Head and a Head of Department. Working at the heart of the school, you’ll provide seamless administrative support while building strong relationships with staff, parents and pupils.

Working at the heart of the school, you’ll provide seamless administrative support while building strong relationships with staff, parents and pupils.
The Role
You’ll provide high-level PA support, including:
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings.
- Preparing correspondence, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Maintaining the academic calendar and supporting the senior academic team.
- Leading the administration of parents’ evenings and academic events.
- Supporting Heads of Department with communications, pupil review meetings and academic administration.
- Organising mock exam resits and the annual textbook return.
- Providing occasional reception and absence cover when required.
You’ll have previous PA or EA experience, ideally within a school, college or university, together with:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
- Experience producing accurate minutes.
- A proactive approach, excellent diligence and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience of iSAMS or a similar school MIS would be an advantage.
- £36,800 salary
- Term-time plus two weeks (37 weeks per year)
- Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm
