A well-established London-based law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Property Litigation and Leasehold team on a fixed-term basis.

The Role-
You will support a team of fee earners across a varied caseload involving property litigation and leasehold matters. Responsibilities are expected to include:
- Liaising with Courts and Tribunals
- Assisting with case management and procedural deadlines
- Preparing and filing Court and Tribunal documentation
- Supporting disclosure exercises and evidence preparation
- Assisting with witness statements, exhibits, and hearing bundles
- Drafting notices, correspondence, and standard applications
- Conducting legal and Land Registry research
- Obtaining and summarising title documentation
- Supporting file opening, compliance, and client due diligence processes
- Assisting with client communications and drafting correspondence
- Preparing costs schedules and related documentation
Applicants should ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ Paralegal experience
- Experience within litigation, property litigation, landlord and tenant, or leasehold matters
- Familiarity with Court procedures and case management processes
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and professional approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
