Location: Central London (Flexible working – typically 3 days in the office, some weeks 2)
Salary: £50,000 bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role This is a pivotal Personal Assistant role supporting a senior Director within a fast-paced, externally facing function.
The Director has an extremely busy, high-profile and often back-to-back schedule. They require a proactive, organised and confident PA who can bring structure, forward planning and calm oversight to their workload.
This is a true right-hand role, ensuring meetings, papers, deadlines and communications are managed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive and complex diary management
  • Preparing briefing materials and board documentation
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring papers are prepared in advance
  • Tracking actions, deliverables and deadlines
  • Managing travel arrangements (including occasional European travel)
  • Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing broader team administrative support where required
The Ideal Candidate
  • 6-8 years’ experience supporting senior leaders
  • Financial services, legal or professional services background 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, confident and calm
  • Able to gently but firmly manage upwards
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Discreet and highly trustworthy
Experience supporting demanding stakeholders or partners would be particularly attractive.
