We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to a busy investment team. You’ll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while liaising confidently with investors, advisers and senior stakeholders.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a Personal Assistant or Senior Team Assistant from investment management, asset management, private equity, real estate or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, meetings and stakeholder coordination.
- Arrange UK and international travel, itineraries and accommodation.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor events and team activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports and business documentation.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with external advisers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Support office operations, facilities and general administration.
- Previous PA or Senior Team Assistant experience within financial services or investment.
- Strong diary management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; exposure to AI tools is advantageous.
- Professional, adaptable and collaborative, with a positive, can-do approach.
