Crone Corkill is representing a client in financial services who is seeking a professional and proactive

Personal / Team Assistant to support senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 5 years’ experience as a PA or Team Assistant within private equity or financial services to take the next step in their career.
 
You will play a key role in keeping the leadership team organised and running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support and managing daily priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive diary management for senior executives, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itineraries.
  • Manage inboxes and correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external clients, investors, and advisors professionally.
  • Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assist with organisation of client events, lunches, and team meetings.
  • Support with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
 
About You
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA or Team Assistant within private equity or financial services.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Discreet, professional, and proactive.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
