Project Coordinator | Executive Search | £30,000 | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 WFH) | London

Are you a recent graduate with some office experience looking to start your career in executive search? Join a leading international, employee-owned executive search firm, supporting purpose-driven organisations across sectors such as education, healthcare, research, and the non-profit space. 

What you’ll do:
  • Provide administrative and project support to Consultants and Project Managers
  • Assist with client and candidate communications, interviews, and diary management
  • Proofread and prepare internal and external materials, including proposals and advertising campaigns
  • Support ad hoc tasks and help the team run smoothly across multiple projects

  • Graduates with office experience, eager to learn and develop
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients and candidates
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative, values-led team
