What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative and project support to Consultants and Project Managers
- Assist with client and candidate communications, interviews, and diary management
- Proofread and prepare internal and external materials, including proposals and advertising campaigns
- Support ad hoc tasks and help the team run smoothly across multiple projects
- Graduates with office experience, eager to learn and develop
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients and candidates
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative, values-led team
- £30,000 salary
- Clear career progression – the last person in this role progressed to Project Manager within a year
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 from home
