Receptionist – Mining & Engineering
£15 per hour PAYE
Full time – 6-week Temporary Assignment

Are you a polished and professional Receptionist available to start straight away? This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to join a global mining and engineering company, providing first-class front-of-house support for their London office.
What you will do:
As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include managing the switchboard, coordinating meeting room bookings, arranging catering, handling post and deliveries and maintaining a tidy and organised reception area. You’ll also assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider office team.
What you will need:
You’ll have proven experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role, ideally within a professional services or international business environment. Strong communication skills, excellent presentation, and a proactive approach are key, along with confidence using MS Office.
