We’re looking for someone who ticks those boxes to join a growing finance team as a Revenue Controller. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure work in progress is converted to bills promptly and that invoices are paid on time. You’ll play a key role in keeping cash flow healthy and operations running smoothly, acting as a trusted adviser to the people you support.
This isn’t a desk-bound, transactional role. You’ll manage your own portfolio, meeting regularly with Partners and practice leads to review WIP, reduce lock-up and agree clear action plans. You’ll liaise with clients to resolve queries, oversee account reconciliations, monitor exposure, and take ownership of any escalations where needed. It’s about being proactive, spotting potential issues early and driving solutions that protect both relationships and revenue.
