Team Assistant – Professional Services Industry
Salary: £17–£21 per hour DOE
Full-time – Temporary to 6-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: London, SE1
Work setup: Fully in-office, Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)

What you’ll do:
As the Team Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support across the business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and travel, processing invoices and expenses, assisting with onboarding, managing reception duties, and liaising with suppliers and contractors. You’ll also keep the office well organised and stocked, help plan team events, and handle general admin tasks to ensure everything runs efficiently.
What you’ll need:
You’ll have proven experience as a Team Assistant or Office Administrator within a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll be confident using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. Above all, you’ll be friendly, approachable and proactive, with a positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment for supporting others.
