We are working with a leading financial services firm who are looking for an organised and proactive Team Assistant / Junior PA to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in a support role within financial or professional services to take the next step in their career.
 
The role will suit a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a flexible, can-do approach. You will be supporting senior stakeholders and a wider investment/finance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and first-class administrative support.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive diary management and coordination of meetings (internal and external).
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Support with expenses processing and invoice management.
  • Act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper, ensuring senior stakeholders’ time is prioritised effectively.
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and documents for investment/finance team meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, advisors, and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist with team administration, maintaining key records and databases.
  • Provide occasional support to reception/office management when required.
 
About You
  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, PA, or Administrative Assistant in financial services (investment management, private equity, asset management, banking, or similar).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with discretion and professionalism.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
