We are working with a leading financial services firm who are looking for an organised and proactive Team Assistant / Junior PA to join their dynamic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary management and coordination of meetings (internal and external).
- Arrange international and domestic travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Support with expenses processing and invoice management.
- Act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper, ensuring senior stakeholders’ time is prioritised effectively.
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and documents for investment/finance team meetings.
- Liaise with clients, advisors, and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
- Assist with team administration, maintaining key records and databases.
- Provide occasional support to reception/office management when required.
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, PA, or Administrative Assistant in financial services (investment management, private equity, asset management, banking, or similar).
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with discretion and professionalism.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
