We are partnering with a leading financial services firm who are seeking a bright, proactive, and highly organised Team Assistant / Junior PA to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ administrative experience—ideally gained in financial or professional services—to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide diary management and scheduling support for senior team members.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare supporting materials.
- Book domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
- Process expenses, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring professionalism at all times.
- Support with document preparation, meeting packs, and general administrative duties.
- Assist with wider office administration and provide occasional cover for reception or office management.
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, PA, or team support role – ideally within financial or professional services.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive team player who is adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Salary: £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus excellent benefits.
