Team Assistant (Property)

Is this the role for you?
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support the team within a well-regarded property business in Central London. This is a varied and hands-on role combining administrative support with the chance to take responsibility for social media, website management and client communications.
This position would suit someone with few years’ of relevant experience who is confident, detail-oriented and keen to take ownership of projects. There is real scope to shape and lead on social media presence and client engagement activity so an interest in marketing and social media would be highly advantageous.

What you will do:

 
  • Diary management and scheduling support
  • Organising travel arrangements including flights and accommodation
  • Preparing and managing events
  • Ordering and procuring office supplies
  • Acting as first point of contact for general administrative support to the team
  • Setting up new projects on internal systems
  • Liaising with IT providers on ad hoc technical issues and offering first line support
  • Data entry and administrative support for the research team
  • Assisting with AML and compliance checks
  • Liaising with external compliance consultants
  • Supporting an upcoming CRM review project
  • Managing and developing the company’s social media accounts and content
  • Regularly updating and maintaining the company website
