Temporary Executive Assistant – Private Equity

Salary Equivalent: £55,000–£65,000 (£240–£285 per day)
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
Contract: Temporary / Interim 3-6 months 
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking to speak with experienced Executive Assistants who thrive in fast-paced Private Equity, Investment or Financial Services environments and are available for temporary or interim opportunities.

The Role: Supporting senior investment professionals, you’ll be responsible for providing seamless, proactive EA support within a busy and high-performing team. This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, requiring someone who is organised, adaptable and always one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • Complex international travel coordination, including detailed itineraries, visas and last-minute changes
  • Managing inboxes and acting as a gatekeeper where required
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, board meetings and investor meetings
  • Preparing presentations, meeting packs and supporting documentation
  • Processing expenses (Concur preferred), invoices and purchase orders
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, investors, clients and external contacts
  • Providing administrative support across the wider investment team when required
  • Handling confidential information with complete discretion
  • Supporting with ad hoc projects and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive’s schedule
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking or Financial Services
  • Experience supporting Partners, Managing Directors, Investment Professionals or C-Suite executives
  • Outstanding diary and travel management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work at pace and confidently manage changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished approach
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Previous experience using Concur or similar expense management systems is advantageous
