Personal Assistant to CEO & Senior Leadership Team
Location: West London 
Salary: £40-45,000 
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 4:45pm
Fully Office Based

A dynamic and high-performing educational institution in West London is seeking a proactive and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal front-office role that also encompasses Reception duties, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing diaries and greeting visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as gatekeeper for the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence

  • Coordinate and schedule Board meetings, including preparation and circulation of agendas and supporting documents

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team

  • Fulfil receptionist duties at the front desk, including welcoming guests and handling enquiries

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times

  • Be confident, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities

  • Have experience supporting senior stakeholders in a busy environment

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be comfortable in a front-facing role within a fast-paced organisation
