Are you an experienced Litigation Lawyer ready to step into a dynamic leadership role? We’re seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer to lead a high-performing team of 10 at a well-established, progressive law firm as they move forward with a global expansion.

This is a standout opportunity for a strategic and commercially astute Litigator to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm’s Litigation department. You’ll take the reins of a broad and high-value caseload across Civil & Commercial, Asset & Debt Recovery, Crypto, Professional Negilence & Insolvency Law.


The Role
Reporting to the Head of Practice Management, your career progression will be supported whilst you:
  • Lead, manage, and drive a team of 9 Fee Earners
  • Drive strategy across complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation matters
  • Provide expert advice to a varied client base, including individuals, SMEs, and corporates
  • Oversee and develop a diverse caseload with a strong emphasis on emerging areas like crypto disputes
  • Support the firm’s business development strategy and contribute to thought leadership
  • Ensure exceptional client service and compliance with regulatory obligations

About You:
  • 6 years PQE with a strong background in both civil and commercial litigation
  • Enthusiastic & Collaborative work ethic
  • Proven track record in mentoring junior fee earners & support staff
  • Adept at managing complex disputes and client relationships
  • Exposure to high-profile cases and groundbreaking disputes
