Executive Assistant – Maternity Cover (Asset Management)

Our client, a leading European real estate investment manager, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover. What you will do:
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the Head of Asset Management / Senior Partner while also supporting five other senior team members. Responsibilities include complex diary management, international travel coordination across Europe, managing expense claims, overseeing document signing processes, and preparing high-quality presentations and reports. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate meetings and events, and assist with onboarding logistics for new joiners.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have proven EA experience supporting senior executives, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a calm, professional approach under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and expense systems such as Concur is essential, alongside the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain absolute discretion.
This is a hands-on, varied position within a collaborative and supportive team environment, offering exposure to senior leadership and exciting pan-European projects.
