Personal Assistant
Location: London
Hours: Full-time – Part Time role – 3 full days in the office
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 pro rata

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join a high-performing private office supporting a Principal at the highest level. The role forms part of a collaborative three-PA team, requiring transparency, shared knowledge, and seamless cross-cover at all times.
This position holds primary responsibility for property and estate management, domestic staffing, and private healthcare administration, while operating in close alignment with the wider PA team. Absolute confidentiality is essential due to the sensitive nature of the work.
What you will do:
You will oversee a global property portfolio, coordinating managing agents, contractors, budgets, maintenance, and compliance. You will manage domestic staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, and liaison with payroll providers and advisers in the UK and internationally.
You will coordinate private healthcare and insurance matters, manage high-value personal and household purchases, and maintain accurate records. The role also includes core household administration such as correspondence, couriers, contact databases, room bookings, and seasonal gifting.
Team working & governance:
You will operate within a fully integrated three-PA structure, providing cross-cover as required and maintaining records in line with strict Family Office protocols to ensure information is centrally stored and instantly accessible.
