Associate Director – Data & Analytics
Location: London | Sector: Financial Markets | Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading international membership association is seeking an Associate Director, Data & Analytics to strengthen its global analytical capabilities.

The Role
You will lead and enhance data-driven insights, through data management, statistical analysis and modelling, data visualisation, data interpretation and communication to support regulatory advocacy, market intelligence and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand data sources, tools, and analytical frameworks
  • Using external sources and other relevant tools, manage, process and analyse data to produce high-quality statistical outputs and visualisations.
  • Contribute to the development of modelling tools, including the application of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methodologies.
  • Provide data insights, visualisations, and presentations for internal teams and senior leadership
About You
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in data management and statistical analysis within financial markets
  • Educated to degree level preferably with a strong data and statistical analysis component
  • Strong coding proficiency, particularly in Python, with demonstrated experience in data processing and analytical workflows.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including modelling, machine learning, and data visualisation.
  • Confident communicator who can explain data clearly to varied audiences
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and detail‑oriented
  • Bloomberg experience and European language skills are a plus
