Location: Green Park, London (5 days in office)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

We are working with a fast-growing and ambitious investment firm. They are now looking for a bright and proactive Admin Assistant to join their close-knit London team at an exciting stage of growth.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the founder while also taking ownership of office administration. It’s ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and eager to grow within a dynamic and evolving environment.
What you will do:
You will provide day-to-day administrative support, helping to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support client-facing activity such as roadshows. You’ll also take responsibility for office coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly, while assisting with ad hoc tasks including light IT and operational support.
This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and contribute positively to a fast-paced team environment.
