Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume, fast-moving inbox; prioritising and actioning emails effectively
- Coordinating complex international travel and diary management
- Preparing meeting notes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Leveraging AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Supporting evolving operational and administrative processes
- Assisting with office management duties
- Providing cover for another EA when required
- Strong AI capability, with confidence using tools such as Co-Pilot to manage workflows and information
- Previous EA experience within finance or a fast-paced professional services environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work
- Proactive, high-energy approach with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
- Hybrid working (1–2 days from home)
