An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading global investment firm, supporting high-performing Investor Relations and Trading teams.
This is a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a true right hand and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional EA position. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and helping to keep the team aligned and operating efficiently.

- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple senior stakeholders
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and investors
- Coordinating international travel, meetings, and events with precision
- Supporting and driving ad hoc projects and process improvements
- Streamlining workflows using collaboration and productivity tools
- 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced, professional environment
- Prior experience supporting Investor Relations teams is essential
- Confident liaising with investors and senior external stakeholders
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to use initiative
- Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Strong technical skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook), with exposure to tools such as Slack, Confluence, or SharePoint
