We’re supporting our client to find an Events Associate on a full‑time contract basis, joining their Events team covering EMEA.
This role is focused on event planning and delivery, supporting logistics, coordination and execution rather than broader marketing or PR. You’ll work closely with senior team members, owning defined workstreams and contributing to larger regional and global programmes.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality client events, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from initial planning through to on‑site execution.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality client events, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from initial planning through to on‑site execution.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of client events aligned to business priorities and brand standards
- Researching venues, event formats and suppliers across EMEA, and maintaining venue and vendor lists
- Assisting with end‑to‑end logistics, including timelines, venue bookings, catering, AV, guest travel and materials
- Supporting event calendars, budget tracking, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing and vendor onboarding in line with internal processes
- Coordinating guest registration and event services, including invitations, RSVPs, seating plans and on‑site check‑in
- Building and sending event communications through the events platform, including invitations, reminders and post‑event follow‑ups
- Supporting on‑site delivery, including room setup, vendor coordination, speaker support and AV checks
- Preparing status updates, briefing notes and post‑event reports, including attendance, feedback and key learnings
- Assisting with ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll be an organised and proactive events professional, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and supporting multiple projects at once.
You’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in corporate events or a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadline
- A practical, solutions‑focused approach to event logistics and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, with exposure to event management platforms
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels and providing timely updates
- A collaborative, team‑focused mindset, with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues
- The ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure, particularly during live events
- Experience within financial services
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Italian or German) – Desireable
