Description of role:

Executive Assistant – West London
£50,000–£55,000| Hybrid Working | Temp-to-Perm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a global, market-leading organisation during an exciting period of transformation. With a new CEO at the helm and ambitious plans for growth, this is an excellent time to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking business where you can make a real impact.
Supporting two senior executives, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role
Your primary focus (approximately 80%) will be supporting the Head of EMEA, a highly commercial executive with an exceptionally busy schedule and extensive international travel. You’ll be responsible for managing a complex diary, coordinating competing priorities, balancing internal and external stakeholder demands, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
The remaining 20% of your time will be supporting the Head of Strategy, whose diary is less demanding and who requires lighter-touch executive support.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is:
  • Warm, approachable and confident in building relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proactive, highly organised and able to stay one step ahead.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confident challenging where appropriate and managing expectations professionally.
  • Positive, outgoing and someone who enjoys bringing energy and personality to the workplace.
Industry experience isn’t important—we’re far more interested in finding someone with the confidence, attitude and experience to support senior leaders at executive level.
What’s on Offer
  • Salary of £50,000–£55,000,
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the West London office and 2 days from home, with additional flexibility when your primary executive is travelling.
  • Typical working hours of 8:00am–6:00pm, with flexibility within those hours.
  • Initial temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the expectation of a permanent offer within approximately three months.
  • Immediate start preferred.
If you’re an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior leaders during periods of positive change, we’d love to hear from you.
