We’re working with a highly respected executive search and leadership advisory firm to appoint an experienced Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA, EA or senior coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for a role combining senior-level support, stakeholder management and project coordination.
You’ll provide support to a senior Director within the firm’s public sector and regulated markets practice, helping to keep a busy portfolio of executive search assignments running smoothly from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and supportive team, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the London office and two days from home.
Salary: £38,000–£40,000
Contract: 12-month maternity cover
Location: London
Working pattern: 9am–6pm, with flexibility
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home

You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a complex and fast-moving diary
- Coordinating meetings, interviews, assessments and travel
- Supporting a senior Director with day-to-day priorities
- Coordinating multiple executive search assignments simultaneously
- Managing timelines, deadlines and project milestones
- Liaising with clients, candidates, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Preparing high-quality documents and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and candidate information
- Managing a high volume of emails and communication
- Ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a professional and responsive point of contact for senior stakeholders
Executive search experience is not essential. What matters most is that you are:
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Excellent at diary management and coordination
- Comfortable working at pace and managing high volumes of activity
- Extremely accurate and detail-oriented
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Calm under pressure
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Discreet, professional and trusted with confidential information
- Comfortable managing processes and keeping multiple projects on track
