An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Executive Assistant team of a leading global investment firm, supporting its London Credit business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, highly capable individual looking to build a long-term career within an Executive Assistant and business support environment.
You will join an established and collaborative team of experienced Executive Assistants, working closely with senior investment professionals and supporting MD and Principal-level stakeholders. The role offers excellent exposure to a fast-paced, international investment environment, with scope to develop your responsibilities and progress your career over time.
The Role
You will provide a broad range of administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders within the London Credit business. The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a high-performance environment, is naturally organised and takes pride in delivering a high standard of support.
Responsibilities will include:
Previous Executive Assistant experience is not essential. We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong potential, excellent organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
You will ideally be:
Strong academic achievement may be advantageous, but we are ultimately interested in potential, capability and attitude rather than a rigid career history.
Additional language skills, particularly European languages, would be advantageous but are not essential.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive administrative and organisational support to senior investment professionals.
- Managing diaries, meetings and changing priorities effectively.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Supporting travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing information accurately and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Taking ownership of tasks and using initiative to anticipate requirements.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative requirements as they arise.
Previous Executive Assistant experience is not essential. We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong potential, excellent organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
