Is this the role for you:

Are you looking for an exciting, busy, and varied new Team Assistant opportunity working for a specialist recruitment / headhunting firm? My client, who are based in the City are seeking a highly motivated and organised Team Assistant to support a team of professionals on a permanent basis.

What you will do:

As a Team Assistant you will provide full support to a small team of recruiters whilst also providing wider support to the business when necessary. You will be responsible for a range of duties, including sourcing potential candidates, liaising with potential and current candidates, formatting CV’s and other documentation, assisting with and writing adverts, compliance, researching, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with any other adhoc admin requirements. Additionally, you will maintain the database and CRM and you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will need:

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Bullhorn will also be beneficial. Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or Team Assistant is also essential.
