- Inbox monitoring for some team members, dependent on personal preference.
- Ensuring meeting rooms booked for any in-person meetings in the London office.
- Flight, transfer, hotel booking, providing itineraries and visas.
- Liaising and building rapport with internal and external clients.
- Assisting with printing client presentation documents.
- Venue booking for lunches and dinners.
The Ideal Candidate:
