We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team of 5 within a fast-paced financial services environment. This is a high-volume, fully office-based role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented EA who thrives under pressure and enjoys managing complex workloads.
 
What you will do:
You will provide full EA support to a group of senior stakeholders, managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, with a strong focus on US coordination. You will arrange extensive international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes.
You will also manage high-volume expense processing, act as a central coordination point for the team, and build strong working relationships both internally and with global counterparts.
 
What you’ll bring:
You will have proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a finance environment, with strong expertise in complex diary management, international travel coordination, and expense processing.
