Is this the role for you?

Are you an experienced & fully Qualified Accountant who is used to working in an environment with multiple clients?

Following a period of sustained growth, I am working with a market-leading property firm to find someone who is passionate about processes and controls to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be office based and there are options for a 4 or 5 day working week.
The office is located in a stunning area of South West London close to tube and train links.

What you will do:

  • Review current practice, and take ownership of the processes and controls around client accounting
  • Work closely with the finance team to identify risks, opportunities and other changes that are required on an ongoing basis
  • Act as Project lead to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Put in place standard procedures and practices and work with SLT to implement these
  • Ensure that controls and transactions are all in line with statutory and professional standards and relevant legislation
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of internal and external reporting
  • Acting as POC for HMRC and external regulatory bodies

What you will need:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent Qualification
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in managing controls and processes to a high standard
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and priorities.
  • Good systems skills and the ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Proven track record of being a strong communicator who is able to be diplomatic, tactful and resilient
