Looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) for their esteemed C-suite, they asked our lead recruiter, Danielle, for guidance on salary benchmarking and attracting top talent. This was a critical hire for them, as the role encompassed EA support for the C-suite and managing relationships with all employees. That means they needed an individual who was highly experienced at managing relationships at all levels, had great communication and organisational skills, and was also approachable and personable.
