Hi, I’m Natalie

I joined the Crone Corkill team in early 2024 as a Principal Consultant.

What led me here? Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, I’ve developed a way of working focused on building lasting relationships, which felt like a perfect alignment with the Crone Corkill values.

My speciality is in Finance recruitment, and I’m passionate about partnering with C&I business, especially those within Fin-tech, Start-ups and Scale-Ups and the PE Portfolio sector.

Working with a diverse range of clients, from small start-ups to global corporations, has been a rewarding journey. I take pride in witnessing their growth and evolution, and I consider it a privilege to be their recruitment partner. I’m always eager to share opportunities across the team, embodying the spirit of a “hunter-gatherer”.

Outside of work, I indulge in my love for the theatre and live music. I’m also a culinary enthusiast, a dog owner, and a dedicated taxi driver to two teenage daughters. I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively, and my favourite destinations are France and Thailand.

I’m fluent in French, a skill I don’t get to use daily. However, I do enjoy the eavesdropping on conversations on the Tube, surprising people who don’t expect anyone else to understand them!
