Hi, I’m Ruby. 

I’m a Senior Consultant at Crone Corkill.  

I’m the talent acquisition expert in the team and love everything about HR recruitment.  

My key specialisms are  

– HR Directors,  

– HR Business Partners  

– HR Advisors 

– Compensation, Benefits and Reward Executives. 

What drives me?  

Making a positive difference. Supporting organisations to build effective teams and placing individuals where they will grow and flourish.  

A graduate I placed in 2007 is now the MD in the company where I placed her. That’s hugely satisfying. 

I’m known for going the extra mile to make the perfect match. And that starts with asking pertinent questions. For new (and existing) clients, it’s digging into what they really need, offering them market insights to support their business cases and really understanding the impact the hire will have. 

For job hunters, it’s finding out what they want in their future. It can be short or long-term, but I want to find them a role that fits with their vision.  

Sometimes they don’t know what their future holds, and I want to be that counsel that helps them develop their career path.  

Outside work, what do I do? I love yoga, wine and Spaniels. All are equal amounts of fun.
