Sam has been with us since November 2021 and works as Head of Compliance and Contracts at RGF Staffing UK to deliver a compliance and contracts function that supports the organisation to be recognised as compliance leaders within their respective markets while remaining compliant with legislation and best industry practice.
No two days are the same for Sam – one day she can be providing training, dealing with complaints, assisting with contract reviews and the next completing audits, and the next reviewing legislation, amending policies, and working on improvement projects.
Sam recently added up the number of places she has lived – 19 different properties in 9 different towns and cities and attended 5 different primary schools!
