Description of role:
Our client, a Chartered Institute in Central London, is seeking a HR Administrator for an ongoing temporary role.
The role will entail but not be limited to:
– Managing docusign contracts and agreements
– Issuing hard copy letters
– Supporting with inbox management
– Using Google Docs to organise and assemble paperwork
– using One drive to securely store data and documentation
– Mail Mergers
– Emailing correspondance
– coordinating Teams meetings and in person meetings
This role is to support the wider HR team with administrative duties and will be ongoing temporary for roughly 3 months.
