Interim Executive Case Review  Officer 

Based in: West End, London
Working Style: Hybrid

Candidate requirements : Applicants need to be UK Passport holder who have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years – this is for reasons of security

We are currently seeking a team of caseworkers to support a government project . A rewarding position supporting cases which impact lives and families .
The role will be carried out on a hybrid basis with 1-3 days a week spent in their office in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to move on from a role in another public sector department or an administrative role within a company that requires security clearance.
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to stakeholders and assisting with ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a calm demeanour and excellent communication skills.

What you’ll be doing.
Caseworker
Managing a case load and conducting analysis using decision making matrix tools
Conducting telephone and face to face meetings to make assessments and extract / gain information to aid and support case work decision making
Analysing  complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail to be used for evidence based decision making .
Presenting information based around findings and clearly articulating  and justifying decisions and conclusions based on policy

Skills & Experience :

• Previous Case handling experience ideally
• Experience of problem solving
• Emotional intelligence and resilience
• Good knowledge of Data Protection
• Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams )
• Exposure highly confidential information

What you’ll need.
  • Experience in an administrative public sector role, or a company that works closely with Government agencies
  • Confidence in using Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of data protection
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
