Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and meeting coordination
- International and domestic travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries
- Processing expenses and timesheets
- Coordinating virtual and in-person meetings
- Assisting with the preparation, formatting and proofing of reports, presentations and documents
- Monitoring media coverage and producing press summaries where required
- Organising client meetings, restaurant bookings and events
- Liaising with internal departments, including IT and Operations
- Providing general administrative support to a team of senior professionals
- Supporting colleagues across the wider PA team during periods of leave and peak workload
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA, Team Assistant or Administrative support role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive and confident approach
- Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
- Salary of £42,000
- Hybrid working model (including work from home on Fridays)
