Project Manager – Higher Education Practice

A highly regarded international executive search firm is looking for a Project Manager to join its collaborative Higher Education practice based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led, employee-owned business that partners with organisations across education, healthcare, research, non-profit and other purpose-driven sectors globally.
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting senior consultants and leadership teams across executive search assignments from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, delivering exceptional administrative, organisational and client support throughout the search process.
The role will include:
• Complex diary and meeting management for senior consultants
• Coordinating interviews, meetings and candidate logistics across multiple time zones
• Managing search administration including proofreading, formatting and preparing documents and presentations
• Supporting project coordination from engagement through to placement
• Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and candidates
• Assisting with reporting, database management and project tracking
• Supporting wider business development and team coordination activities
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
• A polished and professional communication style
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and clients
