Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs, distributing ID badges, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area to provide a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring that meeting spaces are tidy and adequately equipped.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Friendly, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- This is an office-based role with standard business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional overtime may be required for special events or during peak business periods.
