Our client, a high-profile non-profit organisation is seeking an exceptional communications officer to join their established team. Working in a beautiful location in central London you will take the lead in delivering communications plans for a range of projects and engagements throughout the year.

We are looking for a confident candidate, with excellent oral and written communication skills who has experience of working with sensitive material. You must be calm under pressure, organised and flexible. Be self-motivated, have good news sense with the ability to use initiative.
**Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally with a charity or government organisation**

- Creating and delivering innovative communications campaigns to a wide audience whilst continually seeking creative opportunities to promote a wide variety of projects.
- Drafting press releases, organising press briefings, preparing briefing materials and responding to media enquiries.
