Description of role:
Personal Assistant | £40,000–£50,000 | Central London
I’m currently working on a fantastic Personal Assistant opportunity with a highly respected, independently owned wealth management firm, based in impressive central London offices.
This is a genuinely interesting business support role, working closely with two senior leaders. The majority of your time will be dedicated to supporting the Head of Wealth, with lighter-touch support for the Chairman — so you won’t be trying to balance two equally demanding executives.
The Chairman is known for being a genuinely lovely person to work with and is very light-touch, meaning his support requirements are relatively minimal.
The role
This is a varied, high-trust position where you’ll become a key part of the leadership team.
Responsibilities will include:
The business is an established and highly respected wealth management firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
As an independently owned organisation, it has built its success around trust, integrity and long-term relationships, while maintaining a collaborative and friendly culture where people are genuinely valued.
What they’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ PA experience within financial services, wealth management or private wealth, particularly supporting senior executives.
That said, they’re also very open to strong PAs from other professional services environments who are confident supporting senior stakeholders and managing complex, fast-moving workloads.
You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive and discreet, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate what’s needed rather than simply react to requests.
The package
💷 £40,000–£50,000
🕘 9:00am–5:30pm
🏢 **4 days in the office / Fridays
