An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Receptionist to join a prestigious global investment firm in a beautifully designed Central London office.
This is far more than a traditional reception role. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting the day-to-day running of a busy, professional workplace. You’ll become a key part of a collaborative Business Operations team where reception is recognised as an integral function of the business.

The Role
  • Deliver a first-class visitor experience, welcoming clients and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage meeting rooms, hospitality and reception operations.
  • Coordinate post, couriers and day-to-day workplace activities.
  • Support facilities management, office supplies, contractors and general office maintenance.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal events, meetings and team socials.
  • Work closely with the wider Workplace Operations team to ensure the office runs seamlessly.
About You
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception, workplace, hospitality or premium customer service environment.
  • Professional, polished and confident communicating with senior stakeholders and visitors.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive and happy to take ownership.
  • Enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced environment.
