The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant or Team Assistant role
- Ideally come from a venture capital, private equity, financial services background
- Be highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be confident working independently while remaining collaborative
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, flexible attitude
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Xero is advantageous
