Executive & Operations Assistant
Location: Hybrid working (3 days in office Tues–Thurs)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

A high-growth investment firm specialising in technology and scale-up businesses is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive & Operations Assistant to join its collaborative team in London.
This is a broad and fast-paced role offering exposure across executive support, operations, finance, events and marketing within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
The RoleResponsibilities will include:
  • Providing executive support to senior leadership, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Assisting with presentations, reports, compliance documentation and company administration
  • Managing expenses, invoices, bookkeeping support and liaising with external accountants and payroll providers
  • Maintaining CRM systems, records and internal documentation
  • Supporting events, webinars, networking functions and marketing activity, including social media updates
  • Assisting with ESG-related initiatives and reporting
  • Helping coordinate urgent scheduling or travel changes outside standard office hours when required
About You
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant or Team Assistant role
  • Ideally come from a venture capital, private equity, financial services background
  • Be highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Be confident working independently while remaining collaborative
  • Have strong attention to detail and a positive, flexible attitude
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Xero is advantageous
