It’s all very well having great consultants and excellent service levels, but none of that matters if we can’t also provide you with the best candidates available.

As part of our candidate philosophy we are committed to providing a workplace where People from every background feel welcome and respected. In recruiting our own personnel and in recruitment of personnel for our customers, we are interested in and open for all People.

As a result, we work incredibly hard to get to know all our candidates, to understand who they really are and what they truly seek as the next step in their career journey. We therefore spend a lot of time and effort building and maintaining close relationships with those candidates who meet our exacting criteria.

To keep our candidate base engaged, we organise a series of networking and social events throughout the year on various topics, which can include coaching workshops on CV writing and interview skills, sessions on well-being as well as webinars from external partners to cover changes to immigration legislation post Brexit and Health & Safety considerations while working from home.

Finally, due to the close relationships we establish with our candidate base, it goes without saying that many of our clients refer family and friends to us. As such we run a hugely successful ‘refer a friend’ scheme across our business.

We are proud of the close relationships we have with our candidates and we are confident that we work with some of the strongest candidates on the market, whether they are looking for permanent or interim/contract roles.
