The role also involves inbox management, client liaison, meeting preparation, and supporting conference events, screenings, and industry meetings. You will assist with presentations and reports, coordinate departmental administration such as expenses and purchase orders, and provide general support across the acquisitions team when required. What you’ll bring: You will have proven PA experience within a media, television, production, distribution, or agency environment, along with strong organisational and communication skills. Senior HR Systems Executive Location: Chartered Accountants’ Hall Department: Human Resources We’re looking for a proactive Senior HR Systems Executive to take ownership of our HRIS (iTrent) and ensure our HR and payroll processes run smoothly. In this role, you’ll maintain system accuracy, support users across the business, manage upgrades, and drive continuous system improvements that enhance the employee experience. What You’ll Do Oversee daily HRIS (iTrent) operations and implement system improvements Manage HR reporting through Business Objects Provide first‑line systems support to employees and managers Maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation Lead system upgrades, testing, and new module implementation Maintain ESS/MSS and the Onboarding portal Ensure data accuracy through audits and cleansing Administer additional HR systems (e.g., Rightcheck, benefits portal, SafeCall, ServiceNow HR functions) Support integrations with IT, Finance, and benefits platforms Assist with HR projects and general HR support when needed What You’ll Bring Strong experience with HR systems (ideally iTrent) Data handling and csv conversion experience Solid knowledge of Word, Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookups), and databases Experience with Power BI (desirable) and Docusign templates Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality A collaborative, flexible approach and enthusiasm for HR
