This position will provide direct administrative and organisational support to a team of professionals within the Real Estate investment group. About the Firm With over $30 billion in assets under management, the firm is a leading global alternative asset manager, investing across public and private markets. The platform includes hedge funds, private credit, CLOs, and a dedicated real estate strategy focused on opportunistic and thematic investing across North America and Europe. Role Responsibilities Manage calendars and coordinate meetings (internal/external) Arrange complex, multi-leg travel itineraries across time zones Organise and track logistics for conferences, investor meetings, and industry events Handle phone coverage and gatekeeping responsibilities Maintain contacts and interaction records using Outlook and Salesforce Maintain databases (CorpAxe) and assist with CRM updates Prepare and submit multiple detailed expense reports Coordinate video and conference calls Track team holiday and time-off schedules Support on ad hoc administrative and special projects Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial services, preferably supporting investment professionals Proactive, self-starter with excellent judgment and attention to detail Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); Salesforce experience preferred Experience coordinating international travel; flexibility to assist during evenings/weekends as needed Reliable, punctual, and discreet

Office Manager – London (Immediate or Short Notice Start) Location: Central London Hours: Full-time Salary: up to £45k Is this the role for you: Our client is looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to take charge of their London office operations while providing executive support to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and CEO. This is a broad and hands-on role that requires strong multi-tasking, exceptional communication, and the confidence to manage internal functions, external suppliers, and high-level meetings. What you will do: The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day office management including vendor relationships, building management coordination, travel booking, corporate credit card reconciliation, H&S procedures, and facilities upkeep. You will be the main point of contact for the building and staff for all operational queries and ensure the office is running efficiently and professionally at all times. Alongside operational responsibilities, you’ll also provide essential executive support — including expenses processing, diary coordination, investor relations support, and logistical planning for board and committee meetings. You will work closely with the Company Secretary on key governance meetings, venues, and communications.
