As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression. This fast-paced, corporate environment requires excellent communication skills, superb organisational abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth. Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs, distributing ID badges, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area to provide a welcoming environment. Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring that meeting spaces are tidy and adequately equipped. Friendly, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. The role: This is an office-based role with standard business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
