We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to four senior stakeholders.
Executive Assistant – German Speaking Salary: Up to £50,000 | 12-month maternity cover | Flexible working An established boutique executive search and advisory firm with an international client base is looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable Executive Assistant to join its team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Working closely with a Founding Partner, you’ll provide high-level executive support while also playing an active role across business development, client and candidate coordination, events and wider office operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, managing multiple priorities and taking ownership. No two days will be the same. Key responsibilities will include: Complex diary, inbox and meeting management Coordinating domestic and international travel Organising meetings, industry events and client engagements Preparing presentations, reports and client materials Managing CVs and candidate communications Supporting client and candidate coordination throughout the search process Conducting research and maintaining internal systems Assisting with business development activity Providing wider administrative and operational support to the team About you We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with senior stakeholders. Personal Assistant | £40,000–£50,000 | Central London I’m currently working on a fantastic Personal Assistant opportunity with a highly respected, independently owned wealth management firm, based in impressive central London offices. This is a genuinely interesting business support role, working closely with two senior leaders. The majority of your time will be dedicated to supporting the Head of Wealth, with lighter-touch support for the Chairman — so you won’t be trying to balance two equally demanding executives. The Chairman is known for being a genuinely lovely person to work with and is very light-touch, meaning his support requirements are relatively minimal. The role This is a varied, high-trust position where you’ll become a key part of the leadership team. Responsibilities will include: Complex diary management and prioritisation Coordinating meetings, travel, lunches and events Inbox and correspondence management Preparing presentations, board papers and meeting materials Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions Managing expenses and administrative processes Supporting wider business priorities and senior stakeholders Handling personal administration where appropriate Acting as a trusted and discreet right hand to the senior leadership team About the firm The business is an established and highly respected wealth management firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive and discreet, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate what’s needed rather than simply react to requests. The role combines high-level private PA support with household and property management, requiring someone who can confidently oversee multiple moving parts, anticipate needs and deliver an exceptional level of service. Key responsibilities include: Comprehensive diary, lifestyle and travel management. Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries. Managing multiple private residences and household operations. Liaising with household staff, suppliers and external advisers. Overseeing projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the principals’ personal affairs. Acting as a trusted right-hand support, resolving issues before they arise. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals as a Private PA, Household Manager or Chief of Staff. Experience managing multiple private properties. Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence. Impeccable judgement, discretion and common sense. A calm, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously. A proven track record of longevity in previous roles with excellent references.
