Receptionist – Front of House
Location: Central London
Contract: 12 months FTC

An established and growing alternative asset management firm is looking for a professional, proactive, and polished Receptionist to oversee all front of house responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in delivering a five-star experience to clients and visitors while ensuring the reception and meeting spaces run smoothly and efficiently.
What will you do?
You’ll be the face of the business, greeting internal and external guests with warmth and professionalism. You’ll take ownership of the reception and communal areas, making sure they remain immaculate, well-stocked, and fully operational. From managing meeting room bookings and coordinating catering to ensuring AV and tech readiness, you’ll be the go-to person for smooth front-of-house operations. You’ll also handle visitor security procedures, oversee post handling and stationery supplies, liaise with suppliers and building management, and provide wider administrative support to the team as needed.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house position, ideally in financial services or a corporate setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is confidence with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. You’ll have a proactive, can-do attitude, the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, and a polished, unflappable presence that puts people at ease.
