Responsibilities will include: • Providing proactive administrative and organisational support to senior investment professionals. • Managing diaries, meetings and changing priorities effectively. • Coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place. • Supporting travel arrangements and itineraries. • Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence. • Managing information accurately and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business. • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure consistent and effective support. • Taking ownership of tasks and using initiative to anticipate requirements. • Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative requirements as they arise. About You Previous Executive Assistant experience is not essential. We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong potential, excellent organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly. Additional language skills, particularly European languages, would be advantageous but are not essential.
