This varied role combines executive-level PA support with hands-on HR administration, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school while managing essential HR processes. What you will do: You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Head and Senior Leadership Team, managing diaries, correspondence, and meetings, In your HR capacity, you will coordinate staff recruitment, prepare offers and references, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate HR and compliance records Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role. What you’ll bring: At least one year’s PA experience, ideally within a school or similar-sized organisation. You will be confident, highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
